    SendNow storage in-use status?

    Hebe-IT Community Member

I have a paid subscription to SendNow. Is there a in-use storage status of the 20GB max storage allocated? Is there a way to set warning levels as it gets close to the 20GB limit? Is it possible to have the expired time limited messages be deleted automatically?

      Thanks

At this time, we don't have an in-product mechanism for either showing you your current usage or giving you a warning about when you are approaching it.

Once a time-limited message has expired, the files are deleted from our servers and no longer count against your quota. You should see something like this on your Sent Files tab. The size is shown as N/A. (But you can still see the download history)

            Thanks Bob,

May be you could pass this on to the development staff as a new feature.

We use SendNow with the Outlook Plug-in and mostly send files and rarely go into the online SendNow. So if we exceeded quota, I guess the reply would be not successful on a send and would have to diagnose the reason and delete files if quota was exceeded.

I will certainly pass it along.

Don't worry - we would never hold up a SendNow transaction if you exceed your quota. We would contact you to let you know, but we wouldn't prevent you from getting your work done, or block a download by one of your recipients.
