WebHelp won't save my server publication settings

When I set the server folders to publish to in WebHelp, it won't save them. If I click Save and Generate, it generates the help, but won't publish. When I go back in to WebHelp settings, my folders are gone. If I set the folders, click Save and then exit out. When I come back in, the folders are gone.

What happens if you set the path to a folder on your local drive rather than a server?

I don't think I have seen anyone report this problem before.
