Flash player help HELP HeLp

My pc upgraded to the IE 10 now my flash player wont work Ive uninstalled installed upgraded, also in the add on section I cant enable it , sometimes it is there some times not. If it and Shockwave are there , the enable button is dead and I cant click it.. I need help fast.

Oh .. maybe its not 10 .. things dont work in firefox either

To check the IE version, click Help>About Internet Explorer

Ok the first one.. when I go to tools and to add ons.. and highlight flash or Shockwave, the enable button on the bottom is greyed out.. so I cant enable it that way, the second one, I cant see a movie..t hats one of my problems.. the third one , it most likely isnt my IE.. because I cant watch a movie or play a game in firefox either
