Windows 8.1 and Adobe Flash Player

I just installed Windows 8.1 now I cannot upload pics to Facebook or any other sites...It says I don't have Adobe Flash Player but we I got to install it it tells me I have the latest version of Adobe Flash player..Help...

This is something that both Microsoft and Facebook have acknowledged with Windows 8.1 and IE11.

Enabling Compatibility View resolves it for a LOT of people:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11
