when i try to download latest flash player i am redirected to adobe home page.

I am in a circle. I got message to update flash, yet when I click "download" i am automaticlly redirected back to adobe home page.  I removed flash player and tried to downoad again but still get into this merry-go-round of home page-download page (Adobe.ca)

any ideas why?

This is happening a lot lately. With OS X Mavericks and Windows 8.1
