1. Re: Identify high speed footage from Sony cameras
JSS1138 Nov 23, 2013 9:00 PM (in response to Elliott B.)Premiere Pro should show you the frame rate the clips was recorded at in the bin. (If you have that column visible.)

Elliott B. Nov 23, 2013 9:04 PM (in response to JSS1138)The frame rate column shows 23.98fps because the camera conforms all clips to your base frame rate. Or is there a different column you're talking about? I'm not sure if the camera embeds the shooting frame rate anywhere in the clip, but I hope it does.

3. Re: Identify high speed footage from Sony cameras
JSS1138 Nov 23, 2013 9:12 PM (in response to Elliott B.)No, that's the column. Normally it will show you what frame rate the clips were recorded at. I guess the Sony is flagging them 'incorrectly', meaning at the frame rate they're supposed to play back at, rather than what they were recorded at. In which case, you will only be able to tell by watching the clip.
The advantage, if anything positive can be taken away here, is that those clips won't need to be Interpreted to play back as desired.
