Is "get3.adobe" Malicious?

Had probs - locking up, etc. after being prompted to update Adobe Flash, through "Get3.adobe.com".  Found one site that said it is "blacklisted".  Does anyone know?  And if it is a malicious ware, how do I remove it?

get3.adobe.com is legitimate.

You can always download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by clicking one of the following links.

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

And as a rule, if you DON'T trust a site linked to for downloading an "update", DON'T use it.  Come here instead.
