I don't think so. If you are really stuck for drive space, get a second drive (or more) and move things from your boot drive to the additional drive. If you are using Windows, apart from the obvious Document folder, this could include cache space, your email file (mine is several Gb), iTunes device back ups, your Downloads folder, Desktop location, etc. etc. Also turn off Hibernation (which can save a ton of space.

...which will reveal what is hogging all that hidden drive space, and Google each item on how to relocate it.
