Nicole' Conundrum

I am having the absolute unbelievable and extremely frustrating time trying to download flashplayer, to listen  free music, etc., etc., and a whole bunch of other downloads which are similar. Trying to get permission, and licencing, trademarks, etc., etc. It's really kissing me off, and I would really appreciate if a customer representative to address this with ASAP. I do not mean to be rude, but I have troubleshooter on own for long enough. So I'm fresh out of answers. Balls in you court!!!!!!
