No... you don't... because you can't, and no one who's ever owned an iPad or iPhone has ever been able to install Flash Player.

iOS is incomaptible with Flash Player and has been since iOS 1 was released in 2006. Adobe has never made a Flash Player for iOS, and never will.

Apple recommends "SkyFire" browser if you need to view Flash content. It's free in the App Store.
