I'm using Firefox 25.0.1 with Windows 7 on a Dell laptop, and for the past 3 days I've tried unsuccessfully to download Adobe Flash Player. I start at this screen: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. It shows the current version to be Version 11.9.900.152 and correctly identifies my system as Windows 64-bit , English, Firefox. I click on Install now and am taken to this screen: http://www.adobe.com/. This has a Black Friday deal offer which cannot be closed, and in the lower right, a box for Downloads. I click on Adobe Flash Player, and am taken back to this screen: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. This is an endless loop, and at no point do I get a download.
Can I report this somewhere other than this forum?
Thanks for any feedback.

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by clicking one of the following links.

The problem is that the "Optional offer:" part* is not shown in Firefox at the site https://get3.adobe./en/flashplayer/update/plugin/ and you can't download anything then.
My version of Firefox: 25.0.1

In Internet Explorer 11 the download works fine.
Please fix it.
* I do not understand why Adobe is including this "Optional Offer", which is activated by default.
That kind of "if you don't read properly, you download/install software you nerver wanted"-thing is common these days and it screws up so many computers.

Do you have any adblocking extensions installed in Firefox?
That can sometimes hide the offer portion.

Yes, I'm also very interested in what ad blocker (if any) you might be using. Please do let us know.
Thanks,

Hello again,
Ghostery blocked the Adobe Anlaytics because the retrieved data is shared with third parties.
So here is my question again: why does Adobe do things like this?
My mom did download a new version of flash player about a month ago and did not recognise that the "optional offer" (which is not optional at all, because it is marked by default) is marked.
After installing the software her computer reduced it's speed down to ca. 20%.. of course there already was an antivirus software on the computer.. and a computer with two antivirus softwares is never working correctly.
Have a nice sunday.
