I had a working adobe flash player but recently I've been getting error messages when I try to watch videos or movies off the internet I keep getting error messages saying "Flash plug in required". I've tried uninstalling and installing the Adobe Flash Player repeatedly, but everytime it finishes installing all it ever downloads is the ActiveX and no plug in. What should I do?

"ActiveX" IS the plugin for Internet Explorer.
There is also a standard plugin for other browsers, and Google Chrom has it's own plugin called "PepperFlash".

See: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/885448  and  http://forums.adobe.com/thread/867968  to be sure that it's enabled and not being blocked by ActiveX filtering in IE.
