Adobe exchange wants me to "join" CC when I am already enrolled...

I have downloaded Adobe exchange successfully and added Taster Flypaper Textures as well. Now I am trying to download Russell Brown's Paper textures Pro and I keep getting a message to "Please purchase any Creative Cloud subscription to access this product. https://creative.adobe.com/plans"

When I go to "My Stuff" I am signed in.

Hi Florence,

Do you have a Creative Cloud Subscription? This extension is only available to subscribers of Creative Cloud.

I believe that is why I'm paying Adobe every month. Also why would the other app download without this problem?

Apologies, I just wanted to check. What Application are you using, Photoshop CC? Could you email me the following log file to lesavage at adobe dot com.

WIN: C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Exchange\AdobeExchange.log
MAC: /Users/<user>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Exchange/AdobeExchange.log

Sorry--having trouble locating /Users/<user>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Exchange/AdobeExchange.log--athere is no "Adobe/Exchange/" folder or listing there.

I am using Photoshop CC
there is no "Adobe/Exchange/" folder in my Preference folder

Hi Florence,

Can you restart your application and then repeat the process to attempt to download Paper Textures Pro again. In the meantime I am trying to get confirmation of which category of Creative Cloud Membership users get access to Paper Textures Pro.
