Flash Player Update

I am trying to update flash player on my mac it downloads but stops at 50% ans says close Safari and it is already closed ?

If you use an app called "MenuTab" (a Facebook plugin) it will maintain a Safari connection to your Facebook page EVEN WHEN THE BROWSER IS QUIT.

Open your Activity monitor (Applications/ Utilities) and look for MenuTab. Terminate it and you shouldn't see the message anymore.
