Sorry, there IS NO Flash Player for Android anymore. There hasn't been for a year and a half.

Android (not Adobe) dropped all support for the technology last year.
Android recommends using "Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to view Flash content, because they use "server side" rendering to reduce the load on your device. They're free in the GooglePlay store.
