Error 49 when update Photoshop

Hi,

I have subscribed to CC for photographe yesterday. The installation of Lightroom has proceeded without problems but for Photoshop, I have had some error message although it is possible to use it.

Today, I wanted to update Photoshop but I have always the same error message : Error49.

Canyou help me?

I solved it. It seems that there was a problem with Firebox when I was connected with my Adobe account.

I have restarted several times my laptop and the last time without relaunching Firebox and then it worked.

see if you can update your cc app by quitting it and then relaunching.

if that fails,

  • Try to delete AAMupdater folder from

         ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/

If that fails,

  • Rename the opm.db file under

        ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
