Audio sync with Blackmagic output hardware

      Hello,

I use an SDI monitor connected to my Decklink for color grading, and today I decided to try using it for editing in Premiere.  I can't get the audio in sync.
In Playback prefs, I set the video device to Blackmagic Playback, offset 0 ms.  And I set audio device to Adobe Desktop Audio.  (My speakers are connected to my Mac Pro built in sound card.)  With this config, the video is delayed a frame or two.  The video monitor matches my GUI, and they are both delayed.

It seems logical then, to delay the Adobe Desktop Audio, but that offset option is greyed out.

If I set audio playback to Blackmagic, then I can't play anything.  The CTI is simply parked, in both source and program viewers.

Under Sequence Settings, my editing mode is set to Blackmagic Uncompressed, although I don't really know what that means.
