laly123 Dec 10, 2013 9:34 AM (in response to Salah Fadlabi)I found this in another forum, that help:
hi!
I myself got an european version of CS5, with English not available on languages.
Here's what you have to do for Photoshop (you must do it separately for each of the CS programs):
- go to the folder C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5.1\Locales\fr-FR\Support Files\
- find the tw10428.dat file
- change the file name (eg. tw104281.dat)
- after that start your Photoshop and it will be in English, as this is its default language.
It is sure to work.
Best regards,
iurianu

3. Re: How do I change language back to English from Norwegian in PS CC
gener7 Dec 10, 2013 12:19 PM (in response to laly123)If you have CC, you simply go to Preferences > Interface > UI Language and change back to English from the dropdown menu. Restart Photoshop.
If English is not in the UI Language menu, you install it from the CC Desktop app.
With CC, you install and change to any language you want.
Open the CC Desktop app. Click on the gear icon at the top. Select Preferences. Select the app language. Click the Install button next to Photoshop
to install the proper language pack.
