Cant load Adobe Air on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 4.2.2

I talked to a customer service at adobe and was told its not supported on phones or tablets? Its on my Samsung galaxy s3 and works. Its on play for download and when it downloads it almost finishes then I get a unexpected error 24

It's probably been "archived" for Android 3 and lower, for reinstalls, in case a phone or tablet needs to be "scrubbed" and reloaded. Android 4 and up don't support AIR (as far as I know) or Flash Player.
Google recommends "Dolphin" or "Puffin" browsers for sites that require Flash or and AIR component. They use "server side" rendering to ease the load on the device.
