C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements 12 Organizer

nealeh Dec 11, 2013 2:21 PM (in response to Dave stephen)You might be best to go to http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?product=photoshop-elements&topic=downloading-installin g-and-setting-up. Click the 'I still need help' button at the bottom and use the 'Chat with an Agent' option. They're best suited to help you with installation problems. If you've only bought the product recently, and depending on where you got it from, you could be able to get a full refund if you decide it's not the product for you.

6. Re: Organiser problem
andaleebfatima1 Dec 11, 2013 11:08 PM (in response to Dave stephen)Hi Dave,
Can you please try these-
From Task Manager, kill ElementsAutoAnalyzer.exe and any other Adobe related exe running
Goto %appdata%\Adobe\Elements Organizer\12.0\Organizer and delete the files - psa.prf and status.dat
Now go to - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 12 Organizer and right click PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe > choose Run as Admin.
Once EO launches, click Edit > Pref > Media Analysis > and turn off all options there
See if doing so helps stop the crash.
Thanks
Andaleeb
