the file you download from the website is giving me a headache

So I have tried downloading the initialization file multiple times but it won't load up. This is my first install of flash on the computer. I'm running windows 8 and using firefox for my browser. Here's a screenshot of the error box i keep getting.

Any ideas?

Delete any and all Flash Player downloads you now have.

Download the Adobe Flash Player FULL installer directly by right clicking the link below and choosing "Save Link as".

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Close Firefox, and run it.
