My desktop pc runs Windows 7 Home Premium with a 64-bit operating system, and I use Internet Explorer as my browser. I play simple online games from Yahoo Games and watch news videos posted by Yahoo. Up until two weeks ago, eeverything worked fine with Flashplayer, but then a new update required a download and install. Since then, I have been unable to play anything requiring Flashplayer and cannot successfully install the latest version. I have followed all the self-help steps offered by Adobe Customer Service, but to no avail. What should I try now?

Are you using Internet Explorer 11?
