Which RoboHelp version are you using?

Which version of IE are you using?

Does it work on other browsers?

What happens if you only open the index file and not a link to the

merged project?

I am on version 10 of RoboHelp

It isn't my computer that the file can't be viewed on but I know on at least one of the ones that can't view them is on version 11 of IE

Yes it works on other browsers and works on IE on some people

It is all the help files.  Not just this merged project.

You need to narrow down which version(s) of IE have this problem.

You know it is 11 for one user but it could be all the users with the problem are on 11.

If it is only 11, there are known problems covered in other threads.

Most of the people I have talked to are on version 11.  I have tried every fix I could find on here and other places.  It fixed a few but others still not fixed.  Just need some more suggestions.
