No rights to install Flash Player!

When I try to install Flash Player on my personal computer, I get an error message that I have no right to install it on this computer. But this is MY computer, never has been to anybody else and never will be. Why did I get this message and why Flash Player decides for the user if he had or hadn't a right to install it. This is soooo stupid and useless. If I was a hacker or something, I wouldn't be writing you this question. If I am not, why prevent me to install this software?

So useless and so stupid!!!

Help please!

Well, "administrator rights" is a Windows requirement.

Thry this:

Download this file: Take Ownership.zip

Unzip it.

Double click it.

Click Yes, and OK.

Then, open Windows Explorer to your Computer.

Right click the C drive and select "Take Ownership".

It'll apply owner permissions for your account to the entire contents of the drive. It'll take a while, but when it finishes, you'll have full access to read & write any file on the drive.

You need to do a "clean install" http://forums.adobe.com/message/4041846

Windows locks some files in the SysWOW64 folder and they can't be "updated" but they can be uninstalled and replaced.
