1. Re: In Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, is there a way to set defaults when combining files?
LoriAUC Dec 20, 2013 11:54 AM (in response to JGreg7)There isn't a way to set this during the Combine process but it's easy to change all the bookmarks in one go using the following technique:
- Open the bookmark navigation pane and select all the bookmarks (be sure to expand all subbookmarks).
- Right-click and choose Properties from the context-sensitive menu.
- Click the Actions tab and choose Execute a menu item from the dropdown.
- Click the Add button and choose View > Zoom > Zoom to Page Level and click OK.

JGreg7 Dec 24, 2013 8:04 AM (in response to LoriAUC)Thank you for your response.
The corrective action you describe above works well, and is a good way to work around this issue.
Adobe - if you are listening.... It would seem more useful to be able to make this a setting in the combine process, or a setting in Acrobat itself, rather than have to fix it afterward. Just a suggestion....
