in PScc none of the 3d features work.

Most of the features are greyed out and don't allow me to use any.

There are some hardware requirements for the new software capabilities. To be able to use the 3D features in Photoshop, it is required that you have a video card that is atleast 512mb. To check what kind of video card capability you have, goto Help --> System Info. From there, you should see 'Video Card Memory: __MB'. If your memory card is only 256mb, it will not be able to handle the 3D features.
