I had "the problem" getting my baggage files to display (pdf
files) in the baggage folder. I used "method 1" to make that happen
and was able to drag and drop from baggage to the WYSIWYG topic.
And RH appears to have properly moved the file into the webhelp
folder. But the link won't launch the file from the help system. I
don't get any errors, just nothing. What am I missing?

I found the thread on the Mark of the Web and the effect on
opening external files. I'm not sure I fully understand that, but
I'm experimenting with that now. Thanks!
