How do I get a real person to talk to?  No one answers the same post by another person yesterday...I posted the same question today.  Am trying to download adobe flash on my macbook pro, with this a.m. updated lion os, what ever version that is.  Seriously...have reset my password at least 3 times per your "Help" pages, and your system will not accept my password.  Where do I go, to get talked through this problem? If I could bypass this problem without needing this flash player I would.

There is NO password required to download Flash Player. Use the following link to directly download it.

The passwrod that IS reuired is your OS X admin password. NO ONE here knows it or can help you with it.
