JSS1138 Dec 30, 2013 8:59 AM (in response to smartcel71)I don't recall seeing anyone else report this. I can only think to suggest finishing the current project in CS6.

Mark Mapes Dec 30, 2013 11:55 AM (in response to smartcel71)Exactly what version of PPRO CC is installed--the version number as shown in the About box?
What you describe sounds like a bug that was introduced in CC7.2 and fixed in 7.2.1: "Using matte cleanup tools in Ultra keyer could sometimes cause the top half of the image to disappear when paused in Open CL mode."

smartcel71 Jan 14, 2014 12:29 PM (in response to Mark Mapes)Oh no, the problem is back!
I have the update 7.2.1 (4). Finished a project and I want to batch render my movies and all of a sudden the problem is back? The top half of the keyed image is not visble in exported movies
Any idea? Because it is not only during pause, it is visble in the exported moivies as well
I first thought it was the Eight Point Garbage Matte but in these movies I don't use that effect. Somehow it is in theultra keyer.
Mercury Playback Software Only give a strang spil border on the lower end. Only visible during pause or in exported movies.
Mercury Playback Engine GPU Accelartin CUDA I am not able to get it working while I have the Nvidia driver.
But something is definitely wrong with the Ultra Keyer in Adobe CC
