Download the following files directly by right clicking and selecting "Save target as".
Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
Save the files to your Downloads folder - DO NOT run anything yet.
Reboot your system.
BEFORE opening anything, go to the Downloads folder and run the UNINSTALLER to remove Flash Player.
Next, run the ActiveX installer.
Lastly, see:Enabling Flash Player in Internet Explorer and: ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer to make 100% sure that Flash Player is enabled and NOT being blocked by ActiveX controls.

Start>Run (or press the Windows key+R)
In the Run dialog box, type "sfc /scannow" (minus the quotes).
Run a System File Check.
It looks like your OS is really mesed up, if you can't right click a link.

SFC is the System File Checker.
If Windows can't find it (hint: It's a SYSTEM FILE), your Windows 7 either didn't install properly or it's been totally screwed up since it was installed. Your troubles go way deeper than Flash Player.
