1. Re: Creative Cloud doesn't keep me signed in
Mark Morreau Sep 8, 2013 10:28 AM (in response to Mark Morreau)And now Creative Cloud only recognises that I've got a handful of programs installed, when in fact I have most of CC and CS6 installed. How can I get Creative Cloud to see all the installed programs? Presumable if it doesn't recognise them as installed, it won't check for updates for them...

Galactic Black Sep 8, 2013 2:20 PM (in response to Mark Morreau)I'm having the exact same issue. Hopefully Adobe will patch this soon because it's annoying as hell to sign in every time I want to open a program.

4. Re: Creative Cloud doesn't keep me signed in
AusMossy Nov 26, 2013 2:28 PM (in response to Mark Morreau)I am getting the same problem some months after this was reported. Every day I have to sign back in to Creative Cloud. This is only a recent problem for me, only started this week (around Nov 25th 2013). Any solutions out there?

pangolinprods Jan 2, 2014 11:35 AM (in response to Mark Morreau)same for me, it's driving me mad having to sign in every day (and there's no option to check remember details either)

jhsca Jan 2, 2014 7:30 PM (in response to Mark Morreau)The same thing has been happending to me for the past two days. I cannot find any help about this at all. I've uninstalled and rinstalled, but I am completely unable to update the CC drsktop program.
Where do we get help with this.

8. Re: Creative Cloud doesn't keep me signed in
AusMossy Jan 13, 2014 2:41 PM (in response to Mark Morreau)After many hours, mostly on hold, with online chat support over very many days I was sent a long and detailed list of instructions on how to remove the Creative Cloud Application Manager and run a special cleaning app to make sure all traces were gone, reset various Library and ~Library folders and create a log file. Then I had to reinstall of course.
Worked for a day. Maybe 2.
Back again to signing in each day. As I said earlier, I've had this since November 2013. At least I know it's not just me.

SPiNY Feb 11, 2014 9:46 PM (in response to Mark Morreau)Alas I cannot provide any answers but I just wanted to add my name to the list of people having this new problem that has just developed over the last week. I have to sign in every time I launch CC...

10. Re: Creative Cloud doesn't keep me signed in
AusMossy Feb 11, 2014 9:56 PM (in response to SPiNY)Interestingly, it came good a week or so ago and I wasn't getting signed out of CreativeCloud every day nor did I have to accept the licence for each app every day. It was working fine for a week maybe two.
Of course today it stopped working yet again. Once more it's back to square one.
If anyone from Adobe is looking STILL NOT FIXED.

nonuinquename Feb 24, 2014 4:52 PM (in response to Mark Morreau)+1 -- STILL NOT FIXED [after all the renames, deletes, etc as recommended in an ~1 hour chat].
Machine [clean windows 7 pro build] goes to sleep, and the next day -- no re-boot necessary -- I'm no longer logged into CC -- yet again.

joshmarowitz Mar 4, 2014 5:00 AM (in response to Mark Morreau)I sure hate having to respond to a thread just to say "Me too!" but here I am. It's March 4, just shy of a full 7 months after people first started reporting this issue. I wish that Adobe would offer a better solution than silence and nothingness. For $30 a month, I shouldn't have to wait to re-register and re-license every time use the programs I pay for.

Luis Rebelo Mar 4, 2014 5:18 AM (in response to joshmarowitz)There is new Adobe document about what might be this issue. See if this helps: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unable-login-creative-cloud-248.html

dog1754s Mar 12, 2014 3:12 AM (in response to Mark Morreau)Well I have been online chatting to the techs who seem to think it is a simple issue to fix. I have also tried the link from Luis and guess what...Still not fixed.

Luis Rebelo Mar 12, 2014 3:18 AM (in response to dog1754s)If it was that simple... just keep in touch with Adobe customer support.

16. Re: Creative Cloud doesn't keep me signed in
twenty_one Mar 12, 2014 4:55 AM (in response to Luis Rebelo)So, a follow-up question to that: If and when a definitive fix for this is found - will that come as an update to the CC app?
I'm asking because I'm affected by this too, but for the moment I've found a way to dodge it: Don't connect any USB devices while any CC application is open. That seems to keep the beast safely locked up (more or less. I've had one Acrobat incident, but just accept license, not a full sign-in).
Thing is, I really, really want to see this fixed, but OTOH I'm just not willing to mess around any more with my system. No more "may or may not work" fixes for me.
