I'm currently working on a form letter in Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES2 (version 9). I have several floating fields that correspond to text fields that are filled out by the user, which was not a problem. However, I would like to know if it is possible to have a sentence inserted in the text box (body of the letter) based on a drop down list selection?
For example, in the letter we are responding to documents that were received by a department. I would like to give users a choice of selecting whether they would like to enclose documents with the letter, like a YES or NO. If no, then nothing will populate. If yes, then I would like a sentence to populate at the end of the letter such as "In addition, we have enclosed information to help you..."Please review the enclosed documents."
