Because Android OS is no longer compatible with Flash Player.

Flash content puts a severe load on your processor and drains your battery, which in  turn, shortens the life of the battery.

Android (Google) recommends using "Dolphin" or "Puffin". They're free in the GooglePlay store and they use server side rendering to reduce the load on your device.
