Ive installed flash player but it is not being detected for use. It is on the list of programs and have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Check all the help pages listed with no success in getting it runing.

Chrome has its own Flash Plugin, modified and embedded by Google. It functions independently of the ActiveX plugin for IE.

Are you using IE10 or IE11?

http://forums.adobe.com/thread/885448  -make sure it's enabled.

http://forums.adobe.com/thread/867968  -make sure ActiveX filtering isn't blocking it.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378  -you may need to repair Internet Explorer.

Lastly, you may want to try another browser:

Firefox (from Mozilla)

Opera (from Opera)

Safari (from Apple)

Chrome (from Google)

ANY of those will work where IE won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in.
