You might need to call, or do Live Chat, with Adobe for this. They should be able to handle the Adobe ID correction/change.
In the meantime, I would also post to the Forum Comments Forum too, in case Adobe-Admin (John C), can help you, but think that it is "above his pay grade." http://forums.adobe.com/community/general/forum_comments
Also, it looks like your Cap-lok key might be sticking too...
Good luck,
Hunt

Bob Dix Photographer Jan 6, 2014 4:48 PM (in response to Bill Hunt)Yes,
Hi Bill,
I am very tired, just got back from Machu Picchu , we have a new National Broadband Network provider in Australia, and the old ID I had was no longer available. Yes I was juggling the cap key and made more than a few mistakes, I will have to get on that Aussie wine you tried last time you came down under, I think.
Regards,
Bob
They, Adobe referred me to INDIA would you believe, and they said they could not change things but, after a bit of language difficulities the young fellow fixed the problem, and LIVE CHAT confirmed the change is made, all is now well ..............Everyone is young to me, CS5.5.2 is still working very well

Great news, and glad that you had safe travels.
As for the wines of OZ (well, also NZ and TAS), we had some great ones, and most, which are never seen in the USA. I turned about 8 sommeliers loose, to pair the "local wines" with the food, which was usually the Chef's Tasting Menus. Six jumped at the chance, never having had a patron ask for that. Two others refused, and both the food there, plus the pairings, were, by far the weakest - maybe that points up issues with both their kitchens and their wine program?
One, who was also the owner, sommelier and executive chef, at EST, got so excited, that he kept heading to the cellar, and returning with 2 - 3 bottles under his arm. He kept saying, "I couldn't make up my mind on which would be best with that dish." I kept reminding him that we were doing the B-T-G Sommelier's Tasting, and he kept saying that he had several friends in house, would would drink everything that he and we, did not. At the end of the night, I sort of held my breath, but the price was exactly what had been printed, and I think that we ended up with at least 3x the wine, anticipated. Such generosity. Gotta' get back to OZ!!!!
