RH10: Help compiles without any an error. Preview never loads?

I click 'index' and a tab opens - but I never see anything but a blank page and a 'flickering' icon on the tab. Why? How to troubleshoot? Here's the result of the compile:

What’s your default browser? Sounds like it may be Chrome – in which case you need to apply the fix for Chrome found in this thread - http://forums.adobe.com/message/5775431#5775431
