Paul Chernoff Jan 7, 2014 12:19 PM (in response to Paul Chernoff)I am not sure why but the problem resolved itself. We had seen the problem on two Macs. What is really strange is that on opening the InCopy document I was getting multiple warnings about missing plugins and the warnings named a document different from the one I was opening (and they were not attached to the same layout). It finally opened OK on my Mac, I went to the editor and it opened without any warnings. Strange.
This is in a K4 environment (K4 6.4.x). Don't know if this has anything to do with it, but felt it was worth mentioning.
Very strange but people are able to work on this document in InCopy again.
