How do I download and install flash on windows server 2012?

For IE, you do it through WIndows Update, just like with WIndows 8 or 8.1... There's a Windows Update KB patch that prevents you from downloading or installing the ActiveX plugin from here. If you're using

Firefox (from Mozilla),  Opera (from Opera) or Safari (from Apple), then you CAN install the Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers) using that link. Google Chrome has its own Plugin included with the browser.
