I have tried everything mentioned in the forum. My Help button has the following links

Help>>

> Presenter Help

> About Adobe Prsesenter

> About Product Improvement Program

> Complete/Update Adobe ID/Profile...

> SIGN OUT (SANJAY...)

> Updates...

Where is the deactivate link?

I need to uninstall this and then re-install Office 365 and then install adobe Presenter.

Office 365 crashed and I tried to reinstall but it is not fully installing, so need to remove all the add-ins and then install.

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

On which windows you are working ?

Which version of Adobe Presenter you are using ?

You can use Start -> Control Panel -> Program and Features (Windows 7 & Windows Vista) to uninstall Adobe Presenter.

Note : For Windows XP , Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs

Thanks,

Vikram

Thanks for reply Vikram.

I am using Windows 8.1 Adobe Presenter 9 (latest)

What you suggest is for uninstalling but what I want to do first is to deactivate, so that I can reinstall it.

Hi

The serials are linked to your sign in. So when you have signed out basically the serial is deactivated

Please click on sign out first and then uninstall

Doing so will deactivate Presenter and you can sign in again and give the same serial key to activate presenter

Hope this resolves your issue

Thanks

Mahesh
