Linked PDFs do not open in AIR help window

Thanks for replying and for the helpful suggest; I have to assume that it's best to make sure that linked files be included in the baggage files to make sure that everyone runs as intended. Indeed, the PDFs in question were included as baggage files. The problem was that I had not installed the AIRhelp application after I compiled it. Linked PDFs (on my test system, at least) don't open in the AIRhelp window if the app isn't installed. At least that's how it appears at this point.
