Anton Azarov Jan 13, 2014 5:29 PM (in response to xTLS)Adobe Air use native extension. For iOS it's an Objective-C cocoa touch static library. You can do everything because Adobe Air it's just UIApplication and it can be delagated. You can put over your Air anything from Native.
If you have any isses - write to milkmans and ask for help. They can develop custom ANE.

Colin Childs Jan 14, 2014 6:48 AM (in response to xTLS)You don't need to buy any native extensions. Initially, creating an ANE can be pretty scary and confusing, but after your first, it becomes much easier. There are tons of resources out there such as tutorials, open source ANE's, etc. that make it really easy to make your own. We have developed several in-house ones such as barcode/QR code scanning and Dropbox. So to answer your question, there are no native features that are not supported. That in itself is a very compelling argument to use AIR.
