audio muted until click

Every once in a while we publish something out of Presenter and it seems to work fine, but then it gets put on the LMS and some people have a problem. The visuals are fine, but the audio is muted until you click anywhere on the screen. There are no click boxes present, and no problems with the audio that I can see.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea what to do about it?

Which version of Adobe Presenter you have in your machine? and On which LMS you are uploading the Presentation?
