Re error installing Photoshop

I vas going to change language for my Phostoshop and uninstalled my Photoshop CC.

When I try to download and install Photoshop again, hopefully an english version, I've got an error.

In Norwegian it says:

Can not install

The download seems to be corrupt. Wait a few minutes and try again. (-60)

What is wrong?
