Não consigo instalar o Flash Player em meu IPad, como devo agir?

There is not, and has never been, a Flash Player for iPad, iPhone or iPod. There never will be. iOS is incompatible with Flash and always will be. Apple says to use "SkyFire" browser to view content that requires Flash. It's free in the App Store.
