I constantly fail to download Flash Player, why?

I've tried to download Flash Player but fail every time. I've even tried to turn off Live Essentials but it doesn' help. Please, help me.

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one of the following links and selecting "Save target as" (IE) or "Save Link as"(Firefox).

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
