A few questions to helps us diagnose the problem:
- Is this happening with all files you're trying to send, or just a particular one?
- If the latter, what type of file is it and how big (in MBs) is it?
- How are you accessing SendNow: through the web client (sendnow.acrobat.com), the Outook plugin, or from Reader or Acrobat?
- Is it possible that you are attempting to use the no-longer-supported SendNow Desktop Application?
- If you're not using the web client, can you try that method?
- If you are using the web client, have you tried more than one browser? If not, can you try another (IE, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari)?
