    Why does my Send Now  web page not download the file I want to send from my computer?

    Frustrated User again

      When I try to send a file after browsing to my computer to find it, I get an error message that the file was not downloaded?  What is wrong?

          Not sure what is going on with your uploads; I've asked an engineer to take a look. (I can see the failures on our end for your account.)

          A few questions to helps us diagnose the problem:

          1. Is this happening with all files you're trying to send, or just a particular one? 
          2. If the latter, what type of file is it and how big (in MBs) is it?
          3. How are you accessing SendNow: through the web client (sendnow.acrobat.com), the Outook plugin, or from Reader or Acrobat?
          4. Is it possible that you are attempting to use the no-longer-supported SendNow Desktop Application?
          5. If you're not using the web client, can you try that method?
          6. If you are using the web client, have you tried more than one browser?  If not, can you try another (IE, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari)?
