Unable to download flash player

Flash player will not download get error code 0132 will not down load no matter what HELP Does not matter what i try it will not down  load have read all on line help to no avail! Causing problems as I am unable to read many documents and short videos.

What browser?

Windows 7 and Elplorer version 11 Never had download issues with flashplayer

Try the offline installers:

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
