why does my computer starts playing an internet radio station out the speakers after installing flash players latest version?

Flash Player isn't the culprit. You've got what's known as "adware". It opens a window (either minimized or a "popunder" so you can't see it under the current browser window) and it's playing stuff from whomever mad ethe adware that you've now got.

Run a thorough scan, check ALL your browser plugins and look for anything suspicious in Add/Remove Programs in your Control panel.

I don't have much running in the background...superantispyware found a bunch of cookies...no big deal...decided to run NPE from symantec and it found ..rpcss.dll ...fixed it and radio hasn't played since...thanks for your help
