Installation Flash Player Windows 7

I only want the player so that I can upload photos more easily on facebook. I did the little "execise" and the clouds were there but I couldn't find the programme anywhere on my computer. I do have Adobe Reader, Media Player and Adobe Master Collection? Facebook has asked to download the programme but I don't want it with the other things that come with it  like Google Chrome etc and I think thats where the problem occurred when I last tried to download/update it. I may have unticked the boxes or just cancelled the download in frustration.
