Hi Sharon,

What do you mean it keeps popping up?  That page is being blocked for me, so I can't navigate to it.  This most likely means that it is a malicious page and your computer may be infected by malware or similar.  I recommend running a virus scan, malware scan, etc to determine what is wrong and fix it.

I agree. I can't access it either. You're most likely infected with a hac that allows you access to that page for maliscious purposes.
